Job Title: Business Finance Partner
Job Summary: As a Business Finance Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making and driving financial performance within the organization. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to provide financial insights, analysis, and guidance that enable informed decision-making and drive business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of financial principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Analysis and Reporting:
• Conduct regular financial analysis to assess the performance of various business units and projects.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and risks to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Business Partnering:
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including department heads, project managers, and executives.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their financial needs and provide customized support and analysis.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance and drive growth.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with business units to develop realistic and achievable financial targets.
• Prepare rolling forecasts and scenario analysis to support decision-making and mitigate risks.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions as needed.
• Process Improvement and Efficiency:
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, and controls.
• Streamline reporting processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Drive initiatives to optimize resource allocation and maximize ROI across the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Professional qualification CA or MBA finance
• Proven experience (atleast 2 years) in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, BI tools).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to align financial goals with broader business objectives.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
