Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

? Utilize revenue and cost data to create and maintain various Management

Information Systems (MIS) to track performance against the annual operating plan.

? Conduct thorough variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual

performance and planned targets.

? Develop a deep understanding of the business operations to explain variances and

provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Technology,

Product, and HR to gather relevant data and insights.

? Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial analysis and

recommend strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.

? Prepare business projections based on historical performance, market trends, and

strategic initiatives.

? Assist in the development and implementation of financial models to support

business planning and forecasting.

? Conduct financial ratio analysis to assess the company's financial health and

performance metrics.

? Present findings, recommendations, and insights to senior management and key

stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

? Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to

finance and e-commerce.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or

advanced degree preferred.

? 3-6 years of experience in a similar finance or analytical role, preferably in the

technology or SaaS industry.

? Strong proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis.

? Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and data

visualization tools

? Solid understanding of financial principles, financial statements, and financial ratio

analysis.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate

effectively with cross-functional teams.

? Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple

priorities simultaneously.

? Highly analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

? Strategic thinker with the ability to think critically and problem-solve independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,400,000.00 per year
