Pre-requisites: -
Professional qualification-CA, ICWA, MBA or any other well recognized finance qualification with 2 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years\' experience.
Minimum 2 years\' experience into Business Finance role from IT sector.
Good communication and analytical skills, with ability to respond under pressure.
Basics of financial management and good understanding of financial statements.
Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel.
Ability and drive to work independently.
Responsibilities: -
Review of Business Unit P&Ls, Variance analysis, providing insightful analysis to the Business Heads to enable them to take commercially savvy decisions,.
Recommending strategic changes which will augment revenues, optimize costs, and drive profitability, facilitate the annual budgeting exercise for Business Units.
Revenue and Margin Forecasting, Project profitability analysis, Pricing and Deal structuring, Reviewing all contracts from commercial perspective.
Build effective relationships within the finance team as well as with the business teams.
Work cross-functionally and collaborate to gain knowledge and insights of finance related activities. Maintain open communication with business partners to stay in front of activities with a financial impact.
Review deals ensure that all cost components are accurately factored in the pricing and that the pricing is competitive and in line with what is prevalent in the market.
