Business Finance Executive
Job Description
We are hiring for Finance Executive for one of our client (An FMCG Major) : Key responsibilities and deliverables of the role include: Manage end-to-end APSP process from Finance perspective and ensure all controls are effectively working Control Budget vs actual spends and ensure set authority matrix is followed Ensure timely invoice processing and non-violation of contract payment terms Quarterly Books vs MIS reconciliation for APSP Closely co-ordinate with Brand managers to understand the spends to ensure accurate provision Design and implementation of APSP tool to automate budgeting and invoice processing Support the team in publishing quarterly Competition results and maintaining data repository Support the team in monthly and quarterly closing tasks under strict deadlines Controlling and monitoring closely, movements in Product Cost / procurement cost & informing stakeholders the impact thereon. Closely tracking Accounts receivable / stocks / Freight and other expense heads of the business. Ideal candidate would be: MBA Finance, M.Com or equivalent post-graduation 3-4 years\' work experience in the areas of Finance, Controllership or audit Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Power BI & SAP Good communication skills, outspoken and should have the ability to deliver quality output under pressure/ deadlines
