Urgent Hiring:

Position: Business Finance Controller

Experience : 8 -13 yrs

Location : Chakan, Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Publish monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee product costing and plant controlling for profitability.
• Collaborate with business heads to develop and execute financial strategies.
• Monitor financial planning, actuals, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting regulations.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closure processes.
• Maintain quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
• Research technical finance issues for regulatory compliance.
• Handle additional controller tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Education : Chartered Accountant ( CA ) qualified.

Experience: Manufacturing expertise in budgeting, forecasting, product costing, financial planning, and compliance.

Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP ; strong knowledge of finance laws and regulations.

Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, strategic thinker, adaptable, with strong communication and leadership abilities.
