### Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, a related function, or a relevant advanced degree.
### Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in an investigative environment, including financial planning and analysis, business analytics, management consulting, or investment banking.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and driving impact.
• Ability to put structure to ambiguous problems and drive insights.
• Excellent business acumen and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate with clarity and engage with an executive management team.
• Excellent advanced problem-solving and technical (e.g., Financial Modeling, SQL, Python, R, Data visualization) skills working with large volumes of complex data.

Ads Finance is part of Google's Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) organization, providing financial support to Google's business organization. Our work is integral to the operations and strategic decision-making of the commercial teams across all our advertising products.
In this role, you will be a critical thought partner to Sales, Strategy and Operations teams and leadership within Google Customer Solutions (GCS), driving decisions around resource allocation, business growth and business management.

Responsibilities

• Lead in partnership with Finance and cross-functional partners, bringing clarity to the complex problems.
• Drive business strategy across GCS Product go-to-market. Define financial analysis objectives and needs for the area of the business, and effectively prioritize activities.
• Provide management with clear insights and recommendations to drive business enhancing sales and product actions.
• Communicate effectively by conveying a message and simplifying technical complexity behind solutions/calculations, and focusing on actionable insights.
