We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Executive with an MBA to join our team. The candidate will work closely with the management team to support strategic initiatives, client acquisition, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing client needs and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Support management in developing business strategies, including market analysis, competitor research, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for client meetings and internal reviews.
• Assist in setting and achieving sales targets, generating leads, and driving client engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement promotional campaigns and identify new markets.
• Monitor industry trends and changes to proactively suggest business solutions that align with company objectives.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
