We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Executive to join our team. As a Business Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the international sales and business development activities of our organization. Your responsibilities will include effectively communicating with international buyers, managing product requirements, creating presentations, coordinating with manufacturing units, and ensuring smooth order execution under the guidance of senior team members. Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with international buyers in English to address their queries and provide the necessary information. Utilize excellent Excel skills to track and update country-wide product requirements. Create professional and engaging presentations using PowerPoint to showcase our products to potential clients. Report on a daily basis to the Business Head, documenting instructions received and promptly executing orders. Coordinate with the manufacturing unit to ensure timely delivery of samples and dossier requirements. Liaise with the accounts team to follow up on purchase orders (PO) and ensure accurate invoicing. Execute orders under the guidance of senior team members, ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmacy (BP harm) or a related field. Recent MBA graduates are encouraged to apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage with international buyers. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to analyze and manage product data. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to create visually appealing and impactful product presentations. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the organization. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory processes is a plus.
