Job Overview:
As a Business Executive at Arth Technology, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and business development of our CRM software. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored CRM solutions. Your goal will be to expand our client base, increase sales, and help businesses unlock the full potential of our CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for CRM software in target industries.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and support sales initiatives.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Understand clients' business processes and offer solutions aligned with their needs.
• Provide expert advice on how our CRM software can improve customer relationships and operational efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
• Market Research & Strategy:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Provide feedback to product development teams to ensure CRM solutions meet market demands.
• Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience with the software.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Track sales activities and maintain an accurate pipeline of potential business.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and progress toward goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Proven track record in software sales or business development, preferably in CRM or related technologies.
• Strong understanding of CRM software solutions and their application in various industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven with a passion for sales and exceeding targets.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in selling SaaS products or enterprise software.
• Familiarity with industry-specific CRM requirements.
