Position Overview:
The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in promoting Ascent Infotech's services and expanding its reach to prospective students, parents, and institutional partners. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, creative execution, and relationship-building to drive the organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote educational programs and consultancy services.
• Identify and target prospective students through online and offline channels.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and audience needs.
• Digital Marketing:
• Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content and driving audience interaction.
• Optimize online presence through SEO, SEM, and email marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to improve campaign performance.
• Event Planning and Promotion:
• Organize and promote seminars, workshops, and webinars in collaboration with universities.
• Represent the organization at education fairs and events to build brand visibility.
• Lead Generation and Follow-up:
• Generate leads through targeted marketing initiatives and track their progress.
• Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert leads into enrollments.
• Collaboration and Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with university partners, schools, and coaching centers.
• Collaborate with the counseling team to align marketing efforts with admission goals.
• Creative Content Development:
• Develop promotional materials such as brochures, posters, and advertisements.
• Create compelling content for blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare reports on campaign performance and ROI for management review.
• Suggest improvements based on data analysis and market feedback.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Canva, etc.).
• Familiarity with CRM and lead management software.
• Basic graphic designing and video editing skills are a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
