About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager. In this role, you will: The Command Center Manager is responsible ongoing monitoring and identification of risks across the organization. Functions supported include situational awareness, incident identification, escalation and coordination with stakeholders, policy/procedure administration and adherence, systems/change initiatives for department-based applications, business continuity planning, legal and regulatory adherence, reporting and analysis, and quality management. Consult on process execution matters for the intelligence and incident management programs, and business process risk/ control assessment at the process level. Responsibilities include providing management and oversight of the enterprise incident analysis based upon a defined and repeatable impact assessment methodology, escalation of risk analysis to ensure timely and effective response, leadership and coaching to the team members, and establishing public-private partnerships. This role will engage in a 24/7/365 always-on event intake, detection, triage, and response environment. Additional responsibilities include: Provide proactive and reactive end-to-end intelligence services to the Wells Fargo enterprise through continuous monitoring of available internally sourced and externally sourced information, data feeds, alerts, escalations, and notifications for indicators of potential situations. Trigger broader Enterprise Incident Management (EIM) and support response model when activated including notification and call support for: Emerging risk and incident assessment Activation of the company\'s Enterprise Incident Command Center response structure Communicating risk and response activities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Provides risk-based guidance to lines of business and leadership in response to critical incidents Support Wells Fargo\'s role in critical infrastructure protection - Foster partnerships and trusted relationships for preparedness, improved resilience of the critical infrastructure Lead and/or participate in post incident review meetings with key business partners to review events and opportunities for ongoing improvement. Additional KRAs Strategic Management Development of strategic plans for managing the delivery of the Incident command Centre in India. Plan and manage skill portfolio of staff in view of future needs. Financial Monitor and manage expense budget items for his / her team. Use optimal resourcing mix to attain financial goals. Relationship Management Initiating, developing, and maintaining relationships and communication with stakeholders. Operational Management Establishment of service performance measures tied to business outcomes in line with global objectives for incident command centre. Review and drive improvements and consistency in policies, practices, and procedures on an ongoing basis with the view to creating an environment of continuous improvement. Build-up and maintain a sound knowledge of industry practices and procedures and examine value to the current internal environment. Ensure no surprises, and active risk management. Create visibility of operations through reporting / metrics for senior management. Continuously strive towards effectiveness, efficiency, and experience. Required Qualifications: Required to have 12-15 years\' experience in Global incident monitoring / command center, preferably with a multinational corporation. A bachelors degree or higher or equivalent law enforcement/military experience. Experience of working in a consultancy, managing an operations or incident command centre relating to business continuity or incident management. Experience in program management or played a strategic role in advising in-house teams and/or clients in setting up incident management or business continuity programs. Experience with in-house centres in SEZ supporting the US would be a distinct advantage. Qualifications - Post Graduate preferred. Experiences should include extensive experience in running teams involving incident management, intelligence / threat monitoring, management of crisis situations (global in nature). Should have managed 24X 7 monitoring teams supporting global operations. Must have good understanding of global trends and practices in emerging trends, threat identification and monitoring and reporting. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines, coupled with a commitment to the highest quality standards and an eye for detail, Team player, with the ability to gain confidence and trust at all levels of the organization, leveraging networks and overall strength of the enterprise. Proven change management experience with solid decision-making skills and analytical ability. Proven strong relationship management skills and demonstrated success in building partnerships, collaborating, and influencing at senior levels across lines of business as well as with corporate partners and external vendors. Demonstrates a high degree of reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness in all areas. Takes ownership for responsibilities and for management of risk exposure. A seasoned, relationship-driven executive who will have the style and sensitivity to work within a highly complex business environment. Multi-cultural sensitivity a must. Exhibits excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement, People Leadership, leveraging Technology and Quality. Exhibits commitment to delivery of quality work products. Good understanding of change management tools and a track record of continuous improvement through usage of quality tools. Experienced in process improvement and quality frameworks. Willingness and experience of having worked in shifts and managing 24x7 responsiveness.
