About this role



Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Execution lead, responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business transformation programs and initiatives within the Secure Network Services department under Chief Technology Office. This role requires a blend of project management, business acumen, and technical knowledge to ensure the successful implementation of strategies and the achievement of business objectives.



As transformation lead, this role would be responsible for identifying opportunities for strategic interventions to drive effectiveness, efficiency, and experience across the product areas in Secure Network Services. He/she is expected to lead/facilitate complex initiatives/programs, manage business services across locations and expected to work closely with Secure Network services Leadership.




Responsibilities • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of transformation programs, services, and initiatives.
• Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, OKRs, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
• Collaborate and consult with members of the global BMLs and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
• Set up a coordinated operating cadence around:
+ Strategic planning
+ Risk & compliance mandates
+ Human Resources, and employee engagement priorities
+ Executive and operational reporting
+ Budget, and finance deliverables
• Build presentations and represent team in internal and external forums.
• Lead communications, AHM/AMA events, cross functional collaboration, and product adoption
• Proactively manage day to day business responsibilities like managing budget, driving adherence to Risk & Compliance mandates, regular cadence on team build out & hiring updates etc.
• Participate in organization-wide, strategic, and tactical initiatives.

Required Qualifications: • University degree in Business or Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in a business execution or project management role within engineering or Information Technology environment, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Strategic thinking and Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Very strong written communicator, with excellent planning and/or program management skills, ability to create presentations for senior exec levels on initiatives, Programs, and business reviews. Excellent oral communication skills and a proven ability to influence senior leaders across a matrixed organization to create engagement and drive results.
• Highly Self-motivated to drive programs with zeal to difference and add value ay Enterprise level.

Desired Qualifications: • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Knowledge of Client engagement, Product management, financial management, Risk & control
