About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant... High Level process description : Wells Fargo (WF) utilizes vendors Iron Mountain (IM) and Recall for approved offsite physical records management. U.S. physical records are shipped to IM and International physical records to Recall in cartons the outside of these cartons have a variety of data points to pinpoint the location, dates, classification, and the records contained in the carton. 1.Working with the CIB Operational Risk Records Management (RM) Team supporting CIB function legacy Wells Fargo Securities (WFS), the WF I&P (legacy EGS India) Team Member\'s (TMs) will be analyzing carton attributes to manage exceptions that may occur related to record dating, classification coding, and other physical carton attributes. 2.WF India TMs will work with RM TMs to ensure work is being done correctly, escalate issues that WF I&P TMs may not have encountered, and contact data archive owners to fix their archived documents so they will be easier to find. Relevant work experience: 6+ years of experience handling diverse Projects in the areas of Operational Risk Controls, Compliance, Additional Compliance, Additional Operational Risk Management and Business process management Excellence. Leadership and Management Skills - Managed Projects with small and medium d teams. Responsible to maintain process risk and control documentation through appropriate change control governance process. CB &CIB domain knowledge with operational risk experience and strong reporting skills having VBA knowledge is an added advantage. Duties and Responsibilities: Validating that all required records management and account ownership information is correctly associated with any records shipped to preferred third-party service provider storage Specifically, this involves reviewing all current and new inventory for: Future dating issues, Missing metadata, Incorrect or missing Record Class codes Out card cartons (cartons checked out over 1 month) EGS India TMs are expected to have knowledge of the systems utilized in the records program including: Iron Mountain Connect (IMC) IM Connect is a web based interface used to access Intellectual Property accounts and the Wells Fargo Records storage accounts. IMS Connect allows Wells Fargo Records Coordinators to communicate with Iron Mountain to pick up or deliver records, enter transmittal data in Iron Mountain system, order supplies and edit inventory already in storage.
