About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant within Customer Excellence Data and Analytics (CEDA). Our organization, Customer Excellence Data and Analytics (CEDA), sits within Enterprise Complaints and Remediations (ECR) and focuses on being Wells Fargo\'s leading data and analytics organization in solving business problems, finding actionable insights, proactively mitigating risk, and enabling operational excellence. CEDA supports the Wells Fargo enterprise with business enablement and analytics that solve problems, drive efficiency and sustain a strong risk and control environment. We use our expansive knowledge of data to operationalize analytic solutions.

Within CEDA, this role will be a part of External/Enterprise Reporting, Taxonomy and Data

Governance. The scope of the role includes research, compile, and report- work unit and

individual volume, productivity, quality, and other statistics. Provide reporting using database

queries and spreadsheets. Perform routine administrative, system related, and customer support

tasks. Coordinate, monitor, and generate daily production of reports used in analytics. Receive

direction from manager and escalate questions and issues to more experienced individuals.

Interact with team, peers, manager on policies and procedures.

In this role, you will:

  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables.
  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business.
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management.
  • This position will require the need to overlap few hours with US-based partners.
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ months of administrative, reporting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Basic to Intermediate level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.
  • Ability to gather, organize, and interpret data.
  • Track record of working in a team-based environment to solve business challenges.
