About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant... Job Expectations The Analytics & Reporting Consultant will support Enterprise Intelligent Automations Solutions within the COO Transformation team. The candidate will create, analyze, and execute various reporting activities involving data mining from multiple sources, data modeling and report delivery. The role will also help drive a standardized, consistent method for reporting for Intelligent Automation across the Enterprise Role: Business Execution Consultant Desired Qualifications Design, build and support monthly dashboard reporting and ad-hoc requests using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint Online, etc. Partner with technology to ensure compliance to data management policy Track new report builds and support using JIRA tickets Design, build and support automation pipeline tracking and data aggregation in SharePoint Online Collaborate with data owners to integrate data into EIAS dataset Create and maintain documentation on data sources, access configurations, data records retention 1-2 years of experience in an advanced automation environment such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning, Enterprise Content Management or Artificial Intelligence (AI) Ability to interact with all levels of an organization Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment Ability to strategically analyze data and diagnose opportunities and interventions Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities Other Desired Qualifications Subject matter expert in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SharePoint Online with at least 2-4 years of experience. Proficiency in either all or at least one of these tool/skills is desired Ability to prepare presentations, management reporting, and statistical analysis Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills Experience consulting, influencing, and partnering with business executives, leadership, human resources partners and peers Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Outstanding problem-solving skills Proven ability to navigate through ambiguity and maintain momentum driving for results and clarity in uncertain situations.
