About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate... The position will be responsible for providing a variety of duties in support of relationship management, operations, documentation and customer service. The primary duties will include but not limited to : . Analyze data using statistical techniques and providing reports . Develop robust data analytics and reporting . Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources . Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups . Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities . Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives . Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners . Provide work direction toless experiencedStrategy and Execution staff . Serve as a consultative liaison, subject matter expert to the Document Capture Center of Excellence strategic business partners to facilitate identifying new business opportunities . Participate in business partner meetings to ensure projects are progressing as planned to meet/exceed business partner expectations . Prepare dashboard reporting used in monthly review meetings with business partners to discuss current volume trends, issues and/or resolutions if applicable and new/ongoing projects . Assist with ad hoc reporting request fulfillment . Potential to interact with customers that have high reputational or operational risk . Coordinate and implement special projects . Understand and support root cause, trend, and gap analysis to include the recommendation of process improvement initiatives . Participate in reviewing project documentation, UAT and Production validation events (usually conducted after-hours or on weekends) . Negotiate, draft, and finalize complex Service Level Agreement documentation . Assist with management and monitoring of Service Level Agreement documentation. Track annual renewals. Update, communicate and obtain sign-off from business partners when updates occur. . Develop procedures for production teams prior to new project implementations . Conduct training sessions with Document Capture production teams for new project implementations .
