Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Jaipur
Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations for potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our B2B SaaS solutions.
- Engage with leads from cold calling to assess their business processes, pain points, and specific requirements.
- Customise product demos to address the unique needs and challenges of each prospect.
- Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay informed on product features, industry trends, and evolving customer needs.
- Provide constructive feedback to the product development team based on insights gathered from client interactions.
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems, documenting relevant information and progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the SaaS, hospitality, or tourism sectors.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and marketing strategies.
- Experience delivering product demonstrations, ideally for B2B SaaS solutions.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in engaging prospects and tailoring solutions to their needs.
- Proactive, results-driven attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
- Willingness to travel for work as needed.
