Your RoleThis is really a Business development profile , where results may take some time to show up. We need a profile that can be patient and trust the process and not look for immediate results.The profile is also of an explorer who can build lasting relationships with customers to understand their processes their states, implied and un stated needs and communicate well internally to draw supportTechnical inclination with genuine interest in learning customer process and needs.40% be in several customer meetings , events and sites to get a 360 degree understanding of customer process, road maps and competition statusSupporting product marketing and PC teams to understand trends and guide product roadmaps20% Digital presence including defining digital strategy, making blogs , promoting new content on websites etc40% Sales teams training, Closing sales with correct techno commercial quotes , supporting application team prioritise well and bringing ordersYou will be responsible for the complete sales cycle from the lead generation/RFQ phase to the closure of the contractDefine the appropriate strategy to develop the Oil & Gas business for OFA India.

  • Identify key accounts and Applications for OFA products
  • Work out and implement the Business Plan following the guidelines and strategies defined by the division and further grow the OFA business up to the next level
  • Increase significantly our market presence and our brand image in the Indian market
  • Implement the 100% customer share principle to the full extent.
  • Compile and analyze market trends and present/future customer needs
  • Increase market share through maximizing presence and increasing hit rate using appropriate solutions/ strategies
  • Focus on replacement business on Multiple NL Pistons, Oil Injected Screw.
To succeed, you will need
  • Formulate and execute the marketing plan based on the customer\'s need
  • Collaborate with different product companies to have the most optimum solution for the given requirements
  • Build & develop the technical content for the market requirements like presentations, brochures, handbooks, technical sales arguments, etc.
  • Develop good business relationships with the key accounts to ensure 100% participation in the bidding
  • Help the project proposal team build technical competence & prepare competitive proposals
  • Adopt proactive Sales Management & Marketing Intelligence
  • Monitor & prepare plans to increase the market share
  • Generate and analyze data about competition
  • Proper networking for the increased sales of products
  • Compile and analyze market & competition pricing trends
  • Formulate a pricing structure for the product
  • To initiate cost optimization programs as applicable to ensure profitability
  • Follow in letter and spirit the Atlas Copco\'s Vision, Mission, and core values
  • Comply with the Atlas Copco Business Code of Conduct
  • Comply with the policies and procedures communicated from time to time
