We are having an urgent opening for the position of Business Development for a reputed Company in the Logistics Industry for Navi Mumbai (Belapur) locationKey Responsibilities:

  • Developing an entrance strategy for cold calling qualifying and effectively connecting with prospective business partners.
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
  • Create and drive a sales plan strategy that successfully meets sales revenue targets and initiatives.
  • Utilize internal tools to negotiate market freight rates for customers.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Maintain Consistently positive interaction to nurture customer relationships.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow through till resolution.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the internal team.
  • Follow up and monitor customer outstanding payment
Skills Required:
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Office
  • Proficient in oral and written English communication
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and thrive in challenging situations
  • Proactive, team player, and possess excellent coordination skills
