: Business Development - RM Grade: M5 I Location: Bangalore, Delhi & Mumbai Job Role:

• Business development
• Liaising with various business groups in KMBL for lead generation
• Meeting with clients at respective location
• Liaising with various product teams / subsidiaries of KMBL to explore permissible business opportunities
• Co-ordinating with client and our internal teams for generating business
• Understanding client requirements
• Liaising with compliance, risk, legal and product teams to provide best solution to the client
• Documentation, negotiation and Conclusion of transactions with client and other internal stake holders
• Product structuring
• Keep the business groups updated with the regulations and products availability

• CA/MBA
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in handling international business / Trade / Corporate Banking
• Knowledge of RBI regulations around various banking products.
• Good communication skills - written and oral
