We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic software knowledge, and the ability to effectively convert leads into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead Generation and Networking :
• Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Sales and Client Conversion :
• Use effective sales and convincing techniques to convert leads into customers.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Business Growth Strategy :
• Work closely with the management to define and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
• Stay updated on market trends, competition, and client needs to align sales strategies.
• Coordination and Communication :
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to potential clients.

• Good Communication Skills :
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
• Basic Software Knowledge :
• Familiarity with software development processes, tools, and technology solutions.
• Ability to explain technical aspects to non-technical clients.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
