Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position requires a proactive and strategic approach to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities: 1. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, online research, and referrals. 2. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients. 3. Assist sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings. 4. Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness. 6. Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends, customer needs and competitor activities, providing insights, identifying potential business and growth opportunities and recommendations to the management team. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven track record of at least 2 years in a business development or sales role, preferably in the Telecommunication/BPO Sector. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders & drive results & meet targets. 4. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and recommend effective solutions. 6. Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyse sales performance. 7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively. 8. Knowledge of current market trends and customer needs is a plus.
