Your primary role will be to sell our software services and submit compelling proposals on Upwork. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the software industry.Responsibilities:- Identify potential clients on Upwork and other freelance platforms.- Create and submit high-quality proposals that effectively communicate our services and value propositions.- Maintain and update a pipeline of prospective clients.- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.- Collaborate with our technical team to understand the scope and requirements of various projects.- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.Requirements:- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the software industry.- Strong knowledge of Upwork and other freelance platforms.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to write clear, persuasive, and tailored proposals.- Familiarity with various software development methodologies and technologies.- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:- Previous experience in a similar role on Upwork.- Understanding of the software development lifecycle.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
