  • As a Business Development Expert, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
  • You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in Non IT Domain, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and promoting our staffing and training services.
  • This role requires a combination of sales expertise, industry knowledge, and strong communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of our offerings.
Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new business leads and achieve sales targets.
  • Generate Leads from the network for bulk requirements
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client requirements and align our services with their objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize staffing and training solutions that meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand our presence and build relationships.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, business development, or account management roles, preferably within the staffing or training industry.
  • Strong understanding of staffing solutions, talent acquisition processes, and workforce development trends.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport, establish credibility, and influence decision-makers at all levels of an organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Willingness to travel as needed and work flexible hours to accommodate client meetings and events.
