Roles and Responsibilities-

Visit the Beneficiaries and find out the requirements.

Help them Fill the Application Form Online.

Help them in Uploading the relevant documents which is required for the purpose of verification.

Initiate the Verification Process.

Figure out 100 Beneficiaries every month in need of Funds for Medical, Education, Marriage, House Renovation, Infrastructure Development Purposes.

Figure out Beneficiaries who are looking for funds to start their Day- To- Day Business.

It is Mandatory to close 25 Deals every week.

Build and Maintain good relationships with People Network.

Guide the Beneficiaries throughout till the closure of file.

Dealing with Internal and External Queries from the Beneficiaries.

Ensure all documents are 100 % accurate, complete and consistent.

Storage of documents for future retrievals.

Ensure to maintain client and company records under strict confidence.

Ability to work within tight time constraints to achieve targets and meet deliverables.

Prepare Daily Reports on the progress of the work as instructed.

Requirements and Skills-

Self-driven. You have superior Business Development skills, integrity and great follow-through on tasks.

Target Based.

Data-Driven: Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to use data proactively to address opportunities.

Good communication skill is a must.

Sound in Microsoft Office.

Ability for quick decision making and working independently.
