About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Call potential (new) and existing leads to inform them about our product or service
2. Answer customer's questions about products or the company
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements
4. Assign qualified leads to respective teams
5. Work on cold calling for business development

Skills and other requirements:

1. Should be Proficient in English and Hindi
2. Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time efficient
3. Candidates with some experience in the calling or voice process will be preferred
