About the internshipSelected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Participate in 50-60 lead calls per day to effectively understand client needs, present our services, and convert potential leads into paying clients.
2. Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients by maintaining regular communication, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation, including identifying target demographics, refining pitch materials, and tailoring presentations to meet specific client requirements.
4. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow-ups.
5. Enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry developments to effectively address client queries and concerns.
6. Work closely with the team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients
7.
