About the internshipThis ideal candidate will possess 1+ years of experience or be fresher in sales. They prefer backgrounds in agriculture or BFSI sectors and will emphasize lead generation and deal conversion. Startup experience is advantageous. We're looking for a team player capable of leading sales efforts, passionate about acquiring new clients, and proactive in driving revenue growth.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Develop and execute creative outbound prospecting strategies to engage busy prospects effectively, including cold calls, emails, social selling, and direct mail.
2. Cultivate external partnerships with organizations involved in agriculture (banks, BFSIs, startups, FPOs, NGOs, government agencies, and corporates) to support the development and scaling of technical solutions.
3. Monitor market dynamics and adapt product offerings based on market, competition, and customer feedback.
4. Collaborate with executive leadership to define, launch, and drive strategic sustainability initiatives across the organization.
5. Establish best practices for analytics and ensure the delivery of high-quality insights.
6. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly performance metrics (appointments set, qualified leads worked, deals closed, etc.).
7.
