About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of schools, parents, and driving partners
2. Onboard schools and parents to the GoHaiku platform by promoting our safe, reliable, and hygienic transportation services
3. Onboard driving partners and vehicles interested in joining GoHaiku\'s network and negotiate contracts, fees, or other financial arrangements for school pickups and drops
4. Build strong relationships with schools, parents, and driving partners
5. Develop and implement business development strategies to grow GoHaiku\'s customer base
6. Maintain accurate records of all business development activities and customer interactions

Requirements:

1. Any degree
2. Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada languages
3. Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
4. Proven ability to meet targets and achieve results
5. Ability to work independently
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
7. A valid driver\'s license and access to a vehicle are preferred
