About the internship1. Decoding Briefs and Scouting Talent:
Understand client briefs and requirements.
Identify and scout relevant talent that aligns with client needs and project
specifications.2. Artist Onboarding:
Initiate contact with selected artists.
Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for the artists into the event.3 Negotiation and Partnership:
Engage in negotiation discussions with artists.
Establish mutually beneficial partnerships that align with company objectives and artist expectations.4. Coordination for Live Events:
Brief and coordinate with agencies and artists to ensure all parties are aligned for live events.
Manage logistics and details to guarantee successful event execution.5. End-to-End Service Delivery:
Oversee the entire process from pitching to final execution.
Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.6. Communication and Coordination:
Maintain regular and effective communication with agencies.
