Job Description


- Identifying prospects suitable to approach i.e. Reputed Mid & Large Corporates (Identification may be done on basis of Revenues/Industry/Rating etc.) - - Approach, Breakthrough & Meet Top Management (Promoters/ Directors/Decision Makers/CFOs) of these Companies to explore opportunities of partnering with the Group for raising Funds via Debt & Equity route.- Discuss & Identify Opportunities (Domestic & International Funding/ Rating Advisory/ Equity etc.) of adding value to the Co. on the Funding front. - Having basic knowledge of Banking Products like TL/WC/ Project Finance /Trade finance will help here.- Negotiating & Closing Mandates with suitable Companies to take up the Fundraising Assignment - Coordinating with the Company & the internal Credit team to close Documentation- Supporting the Execution Process, if required, by liaising with the Co. along with the internal credit team. However, the primary focus would be on Business Development Function - Having Existing connects with Decision makers of Mid & Large sized Companies will be an added advantage in this role (ref:updazz.com)
