Key Responsibilities :- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in IT and Non-IT recruitment.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs.- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels.- Present our recruitment services and solutions to potential clients.- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.- Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure successful client deliveries.- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.Qualifications & Skills :- Proven experience as a Business Development or in a similar role in the recruitment industry (IT & Non-IT preferred).- Strong network and client base in the recruitment sector.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
