Wexe2x80x99re looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive lead generation and play a key role in growing our sales pipeline.Role Overview
The BDR will be responsible for executing lead generation activities aligned with specific sales campaigns and goals at the direction of the Origin Leadership team. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and make an impact in a high-growth environment.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify target accounts and key contacts for specific sales campaigns around Data Modernization, Artificial Intelligence, App Modernization, and Global Cost Center.Leverage tools such as HubSpot, Seamless.AI, and LinkedIn to identify prospects and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Origin CRM.Execute 100+ outbound activities daily, including cold emails, cold calls, and social selling.Book qualified meetings with prospective buyers to support sales pipeline growth.Assist in creating HubSpot reportsQualifications
We are looking for candidates with the following:3xe2x80x936 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar role.Experience in the technology services market.Proficiency in using sales technologies like HubSpot and prospecting tools such as Seamless.AI and LinkedIn navigator, or similar toolsProven ability and confidence in cold emailing and cold calling prospective buyers.A resilient and positive mindset, with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.Self-starter with a proactive approach to work and achieving goals.Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
