• Develop & execute sales strategies to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify and qualify potential clients by understanding their hiring needs and challenges.
• Proactively reach out via cold emails, calls, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM, leaving detailed notes, updates, and follow-ups.
• Provide market feedback to leadership on client trends, industry challenges, and opportunities.
• Conduct virtual meetings & presentations to introduce our recruitment services and solutions.
• Collaborate with the Executive Team to refine sales strategies and meet business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends to position our services effectively in the market.

What Were Looking For

• Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented professional
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and persuasively (both written & verbal)
• Advanced English skills (Reading, Writing & Speaking) American Accent is highly preferred
• Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (preferred but not required)
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and stay organized
• Comfortable using CRMs and other sales tools to track outreach and client interactions
• Reliable high-speed internet & backup connection (if possible)
• High-quality headset and working computer
• A quiet, professional workspace

ScheduleMonday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM ESTCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: xe2x82xb935,000.00 - xe2x82xb970,000.00 per month
Performance-based bonuses & commissions amounting to xe2x82xb940,000.00 or more depending on performance

Experience Requirements2+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Required)
Advanced English Language Skills (Required)
