Take your place on our strong team, and help us make significant contributions to the world.Location/Division Specific InformationThe Chemical Analysis Division (CAD) provides a diverse mix of analytical instruments and associated services to a broad range of end user markets including Safety & Security, Environmental, Food Safety, Energy, Mining, Life Science Manufacturing and Recycling, to name a few. Its instruments are deployed in the field and on the line, in challenging environments where customers put a premium on robustness, reliability and ease of use. They allow them to make decisions where they operate and streamline their businesses. CAD is a complex division with a global footprint, broad product portfolio and diverse customer base.Role Summary:Achieve the company sales and profit objectives within assigned region and product portfolio. The focus is on technical/product based customer requirements and is required to work closely with GM Sales, the Product Specialists, Marketing Manager & Product Manager.Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Achieve Regional AOP Plan in terms of Sales & Profit rigorously adhering to the principles and guidelines of the company
• Co-ordinate various sales programs to grow the installed base through customer loyalty and relationships ensuring highest efficiency levels
• Regularly visit the customers and ensuring high level of support for their continued business
• Provide comprehensive feedback on competition and their activities helping the marketing team to develop counter strategies.
• Ensure that the receivables are closely under control in coordination with Receivables team, with respect to DSOs and ensuring that there are no overdue accounts.
• A go getter, who sees Challenges as an Opportunity to grow, develop and provide Solutions.
• Provide timely information to all the functions ensuring smooth and effective business operations in the region and as a member of the Sales Management should contribute to overall performance of the Division

Education / Qualification:

• Candidate must have a Engineering degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering. Degree in management added advantage though not mandatory.
• Well developed skills in sales, planning, negotiation are crucial
• Strong digital literacy (Must be proficient with Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Working knowledge of SAP and Sales Force Tools is an added advantage
• Strong team player and interpersonal skills
• Articulate spoken and written English required

Non Negotiable Criteria:

• Documented prior history of delivering rapid business results focused on top line growth
• Strong exposure to global business and \xe2\x80\x9cbest practices\xe2\x80\x9d worldwide related to customer satisfaction and other related CRM practices
• Highly developed ability to seek \xe2\x80\x9cwin-win\xe2\x80\x9d outcomes for customers and company
• Validated ability to lead self, peers and senior management in a matrixed reporting environment

Experience Requirements:

• 10-12 years of experience of selling Industrial Products/ Instruments. Handling of Government Accounts and Projects is mandatory.
• Preferably though not vital in the Sectors like power, Steel, Refineries, Petrochemicals etc.
