Join us to shape the future of packaging and make a meaningful impact.Mission of the RoleDrive the development and successful market launch of Pakka Ltdxe2x80x99s flexible packaging program, ensuring innovation, sustainability, and profitability by leveraging R&D, outsourced manufacturing, and organizational strengths.Key Responsibilities1. Program Management:

• Lead the end-to-end development and commercialization of flexible packaging solutions.

• Collaborate with the R&D team to finalize partially developed flexible film grades.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

2. Business Development and Revenue Generation:

• Achieve INR 50 Cr in revenue within the first year by commercializing flexible films.

• Identify and acquire at least five new clients from diverse industries.

• Develop competitive pricing strategies and value propositions to penetrate the market effectively.

3. Supply Chain and Outsourcing Management:

• Establish partnerships with reliable outsourced manufacturers for scalable production.

• Ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery through an optimized supply chain.

• Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline operations.

4. Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and internal teams.

• Act as the face of the program, ensuring alignment with customer needs and expectations.

• Present program updates to senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.

5. Strategic Vision and Execution:

• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the flexible packaging program.

• Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities to enhance competitive positioning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the programxe2x80x99s integration with organizational goals.

6. Financial Acumen:

• Develop cost models and manage program budgets to ensure profitability.

• Monitor financial performance, achieving a minimum 20% gross margin by the second year.

• Optimize resources and costs while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Key Outcomes (Year 1)1. Launch a market-ready flexible packaging solution and achieve INR 50 Cr in revenue.2. Establish a reliable outsourced manufacturing process with consistent quality and delivery.3. Secure five key clients and three long-term agreements to drive sustainable business growth.Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

• Experience:

• 8-12 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry, with exposure to program management, business development, or supply chain.

• Proven track record of launching and scaling innovative products.

• Strong understanding of flexible packaging materials, market trends, and customer needs.

• Skills:

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead like a startup founder.

• Expertise in program management, stakeholder engagement, and financial planning.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills.
