We are looking for an experienced Business Development Professional with a strong background in the construction industry and specific expertise in steel detailing. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of experience and a proven track record of driving business growth and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and steel detailing sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.
• Monitor and report on business development activities and results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in business development within the construction industry.
• A basic understanding of steel detailing is required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
