Summary As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Professional to join our Sales Department. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Roles And Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their business needs, and proposing tailored IT solutions. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to develop effective strategies for business growth. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and exploring upsell opportunities Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and sales collateral to effectively communicate our services and value proposition. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed targets, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities. Lead negotiations, address client concerns, and successfully close deals while meeting established revenue goals. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand the company\'s presence and foster new business relationships. Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices to enhance sales performance. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. MBA in Sales, Marketing, would be a plus or relevant experience of 2 to 5 years. Proven track record in business development with 2-5 years of experience in IT services or a related industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel as required.
