:
We are looking for a mature and highly skilled B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of client conversion and closing deals. The candidate must be from a commerce background, well-mannered, professional, and possess strong communication skills. You will be allotted 6 cities to cover (Ambala, Hisar, Gurugram, and other cities within Haryana), so the role requires frequent travel and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition & Conversion: Actively prospect, generate, and convert new business opportunities across the assigned cities, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, such as Chartered Accountants (CAs), Company Secretaries (CSs), and Advocates.
• Sales Execution: Develop and execute a sales plan for each city to maximize revenue, drive client engagement, and successfully pull orders.
• Frequent Travel: Travel frequently across the assigned cities (Ambala, Hisar, Gurugram, and others within Haryana) to meet clients, conduct presentations, and attend business meetings.
• Market Feedback & Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback to senior management.
• Professional Representation: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with clients and other business professionals.
Key Qualifications:
• Education: A degree in Commerce or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven ability to close deals and convert leads into clients.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior professionals like CAs, CSs, and Advocates.
• Client-focused approach with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills, able to handle multiple cities and travel schedules efficiently.
• Ability to present products/services clearly and professionally.
