Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales within the construction and building industry.
- Strong network of contacts with builders, architects, and interior contractors in Andhra Pradesh (Telangana).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Proficient in market research and analysis.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
