Business Development Representative for Engineering outsourcing Service

Company Background:

Amiand Group is a multidisciplinary Engineering and Technical Services company that provides a variety of Services in the civil engineering and infrastructure project development. We work in the area of Transportation engineering, highways, urban development, urban transit and rail and vertical infrastructure including buildings and high-rises, warehouse and logistics facilities as well as Smart cities.

Our firm has a growing list of clients overseas to who we also provide Engineering design support services in the areas of Geotechnical Engineering and structural design engineering and have a representative we work with in US and U.K. Our intent is to expand this business footprint and acquire more international clients. For this we need an international marketing executive.

Job Responsibilities/ :

To acquire and retain clients overseas in the US and UK for services in technical engineering services.

To work and report directly to the company directors.

Will work, organize, compile, and develop marketing materials including brochures.

Draft emails, make phone calls and where necessary, travel to acquire clients.

Ability to prepare technical and financial proposals.

Personal and professional traits:

Academic degree in Marketing, business administration or similar. A combined degree in civil engineering or any technical discipline will be a plus.

Strong networking and interpersonal skills with entrepreneurial mindset. Exposure and deep willingness to learn about Indian and international markets

A neat, professional appearance must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

Skilled in market research with good organizational skills to compile and present data to management. Knowledge of CRM is a plus.

Strong work ethics with personal integrity and ability to build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders and team members.

Demonstrated reliability of having worked in any one firm for at least 2/3 years.

Self-motivated and self-driven to meet goals.

Ability to work independently, take on leadership responsibilities and grow a team.

Job Location:

Currently based in Mumbai with flexible work timing.

Can transition to Hybrid and off-site work once the work process is established.

Pay: From ?25,000.00 per month
