Position Summary

As a Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in promoting Swastha Hospital's services to healthcare professionals and the community. You will act as the bridge between the hospital and its stakeholders, ensuring awareness of our facilities, building relationships with medical practitioners, and spearheading marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Management:
• Regularly meet with doctors, clinics, and corporate representatives to promote hospital services.
• Build and nurture strong professional relationships with stakeholders to encourage referrals and collaborations.
• Marketing and Promotions:
• Develop and execute strategies to increase awareness of Swastha Hospital's facilities and products.
• Represent the hospital at health camps, medical conferences, and community events to promote our brand.
• Coordination:
• Work closely with the hospital's internal teams to align marketing and business development efforts.
• Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders, patients, and the hospital administration.
• Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze competition, and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest healthcare industry trends and recommend strategies accordingly.
• Performance Tracking:
• Monitor the success of marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives, preparing detailed reports for management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Healthcare or Marketing preferred).
• Work Experience:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a business development or healthcare marketing role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the healthcare industry, hospital operations, and patient management.
• Key Competencies:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Additional Requirements:
• Must have a valid Driver's License and own a vehicle for daily commute.
• Willingness to travel locally for meetings and events.
