Role Description RAAVANA IAS ACADEMY, located in Dharmapuri, is seeking a Business Development Specialist for a full-time on-site role. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, Engineering, or MBA.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills in Tamil.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and cross-functional teams:Engineering: This is very important role expected
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively
• Experience in the Education industry or the Civil Service Exam industry is an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
