Strong communication skills, Influencing skills, great interpersonal & stakeholder management skills. High on energy, team player coupled with a great attitude. Identify new business opportunities in terms of new markets, trends, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets to confirm and close business. Generate business from associations, corporates for MICE segment and meet up with clients to work on proposals, follow ups and final closure of deal. Create and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to develop them into key accounts with a strong emphasis on securing return business as well as look for prospective clients Participate in relevant industry events for networking and lead generation. Plan weekly sales activities with a view to maximize productivity and monitor progress against pre-defined sales targets. Keep abreast of developments and changes within the industry and competitors\xe2\x80\x99 benefits. What are you required to bring to the team:

• Self-motivated individual with a passion to own up the market
• Strong understanding of Sales / BD, market/domain knowledge to implement strategic and targeted action plans to achieve goals.
• Passion to build, nurture and scale up relationships with corporate clients.
• Strong communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Open to travel officially.
