Opening for Business Development Executive
Present, promote and sell surface cleaning solutions of Protego to businesses.
Geographical markets would be Mumbai & Pune.
Reach out to businesses through cold calling.
Reach out to and connect with CHROs and Admin Heads of Businesses to signup new Clients.
Identify government tenders in India, submit bids and work towards completing signup.
Schedule and attend meetings with prospects for acquiring new business.
Perform cost benefit of Protego offering, need analysis of businesses, and propose a win-win solution.
Work with internal teams to create solutions pitch.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Prepare and negotiate sales contracts.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Conduct research to identify new domains and customer needs.
Analyze potential of different domains, business problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for offering Protego products.
Keep abreast of best sales practices and promotional trends.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to management.
Keep records of sales, revenue and invoices.
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
Continuously improve through feedback.
The profile will involve local & outstation travel, the candidate should be comfortable with that.

Candidate Profile
- Need minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling and client management .
- Need fluent communication in English & Hindi.
