KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To achieve the given revenue and sales targets of the location assigned
  • Complete Ownership of Sales, Operations and Customer/Student Experience for the given location
  • Responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your Reporting Manager.
  • Achieve & exceed the agreed targets
  • Devise Sales Strategy and execute it
  • Convert leads into sales from the given database
  • Responsible for a Geographic territory
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITIES
  • Having a knack for sales.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • To drive student admission numbers through various Channel
  • Excellent leadership, delegation, and communication skills, with a drive to meet business goals and a strong understanding of customer service.
  • The candidate should have fluent oral and written English
  • Should have experience in Sales and Marketing profile, with some experience in Edtech/Elearning, would be a distinct advantage
  • Innovative mindset; able to come up with creative solutions and implement new ideas
  • A high degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Technically competent with various software programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
