: Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Manage inquiries from clients via email, IndiaMart, and internal databases.
• Understand client requirements and prepare inquiry records with unique tracking numbers.
• Coordinate with the purchase team for product options, rates, and vendor details.
• Create presentations and share quotations with clients, ensuring all details are accurate.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely updates and support.
• Coordinate sample approvals and process orders after client confirmation and payment.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and follow up for payments as per agreed terms.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Prior experience in sales coordination is a plus.
This role focuses on smooth inquiry handling, order processing, and client satisfaction.
