Job Description

Business Development:

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, cold outreach, and networking.
• Market Research: Assist in conducting market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
• Partnership Development: Support the development of strategic partnerships and collaborations with industry influencers, resellers, and other stakeholders.
• Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales materials, proposals, and presentations for potential clients and partners.
• CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on leads, prospects, and client interactions.

Marketing:

• Content Creation: Help create engaging content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
• Digital Marketing: Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing and business development activities using analytics tools.
• Brand Awareness: Help maintain and promote the company's brand voice and image across all marketing channels.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience: 2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related field. Internship experience is also valued.
• Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation techniques.
• Fluency in posts with social media platforms and content creation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
