Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Manager with 4+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various marketing and sales initiative and contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing strategy.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Identify potential clients through market research and networking.
• Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.
• Provide ongoing support and address inquiries for customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
• Create Solution Proposal Document, Commercials and SOWs understanding client requirement.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 4+ years' experience in working with Sales & Marketing Department in IT/Software Service or Manufacturing Industry is required.
• Strong experience in creating content using Word and PowerPoint tools.
• Strong communication skills in English Writing and Speaking required. Spoken Hindi is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Experience in Manufacturing Industry is a big plus.

Education: Preferred MBA(Marketing), BBA, B.E., MCA
