Represent Dudhi Industries in project meetings, discussions, and negotiations.
Act as a single point of contact for project-related requirements, ensuring smooth
execution and client satisfaction. 3. Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve project sales targets.
Leverage industry knowledge to position Dudhixe2x80x99s products as preferred solutions in key
projects.
Monitor and follow up on tenders, approvals, and project timelines to ensure successful
order closures. 4. Product Knowledge and Promotion:
Maintain a thorough understanding of Dudhixe2x80x99s products, highlighting their sustainability,
compliance with standards, and innovative features during presentations and discussions.
Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and demos to create awareness and
influence decision-making. 5. Market Analysis and Competitor Insights:
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to maintain a
competitive advantage.
Provide actionable feedback to the management team to refine product offerings and
strategies. 6. Reporting and Coordination:
Prepare and present detailed sales reports, project updates, and performance metrics to
management.
Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics, production, and marketing, to ensure
timely delivery and project execution. Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Qualification: Must have completed graduation full-time (no correspondence
courses).
Experience:
o 6-10 years of experience in project sales and business development, preferably in industries like building materials, white cement, paints, plywood, PVC plumbing pipes, electrical and switchgear, sanitary ware, and bathroom fittings.
